DHL call centre manager at DHL Express Brian D’costa was awarded the “Best Call Centre Manager of the Year” at the annual Middle East Call Centre Awards held recently.

He was recognized for his success in leading a team of 45 employees at DHL Express. D’Costa was selected from among 71 nominees from the region.

“I am extremely pleased to receive this award and I would not have been able to achieve this without the sincerity and cooperation of my team members who have worked very hard to assure quality excellence, “said D’Costa, who has worked with DHL for 10 years.

Commenting on his role in the call centre, D’Costa said:” The key challenge is to manage the team of advisors and motivate them to develop their skills and abilities to deliver DHL’s high customer service levels.”
