The World Hydrogen Summit will foster dialogue across the decarbonisation value chain

The World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition 2026 will take place from May 19-21, 2026 at Ahoy Rotterdam, continuing its role as platform for advancing the hydrogen economy.

The 2026 edition will expand its scope to include carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) as a dedicated focus area, highlighting the growing importance of integrated hydrogen and carbon management solutions in achieving global net-zero targets.

By bringing these two pathways together, the event will enable deeper dialogue across the full decarbonisation value chain, from low-carbon hydrogen production to industrial carbon management.

Governments, companies, investors and innovators will convene to discuss practical strategies for navigating market uncertainty, accelerating project development and scaling deployment.

Key discussions will address how national and regional hydrogen and CCUS strategies can be implemented effectively at scale.

The 2026 conference programme will feature high-level strategic plenaries, ministerial roundtables, technical sessions and project-led case studies.

Core themes will include hydrogen production and infrastructure, global trade and supply chains, industrial demand, financing and regulation, and the role of CCUS in enabling low-carbon hydrogen and wider emissions reduction.
