Aquaterra Energy has secured a multi-year, seven-figure contract with a global offshore services company to deliver a subsea well access solution for 11 offshore wells in Spain.

The campaign will be executed from a semi-submersible vessel, with Aquaterra supplying a 7-3/8-inch ID, 5,000 psi intervention riser system featuring proprietary AQC-CW connectors and a full suite of interface equipment.

The riser-based solution will integrate with the customer’s subsea pressure control systems, enabling efficient intervention and abandonment operations.

According to Aquaterra Energy this contract highlights its expertise in intelligently engineered well ac-cess solutions and its capability to support complex offshore subsea operations safely and effectively, re-inforcing its position in the offshore energy sector.
