

Siemens Gamesa has announced the appointment of Christian Bruch, President and CEO of Siemens Energy and member of Siemens Gamesa’s Board of Directors, as its new non-executive Chairman.
His long professional career encompasses the engineering and energy industries. Before becoming the President and CEO of Siemens Energy AG in 2020, he held senior positions in companies such as Linde or RWE.
Bruch holds a doctorate in engineering from the Swiss Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH), Switzerland. He studied mechanical engineering at the Leibniz Universitat Hannover, Germany, and at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.

Caygill is new Byrne CCO

Caygill’s career spans almost two decades in oil and gas, logistics and construction industries across the Middle East and in his native Australia.
He joined Byrne in 2011 in the role of area manager for Dubai and Northern Emirates before becoming the regional general manager covering UAE, Qatar and Oman. In 2021, he added group head specialist divisions to his role.
Baur is NDT Global VP

Baur started his career with NDT Global in Stutensee, Germany, as an electrical engineer in 2010, before moving to Houston, Texas, in 2011. In vari-ous roles since then, he continuously expanded the technical support capabilities critical for the growth of NDT Global's business in the Americas.
In his most recent role as Deputy Vice-President of Robotics, he successfully created alignment across various reporting groups and regions in accordance with corporate goals.
