ABB has inaugurated a $2-million Customer Experience Centre in Dubai’s Al Quoz Industrial Area to develop digital and engineering skills across the Middle East.

The facility supports training for 2,000 engineers and technicians annually, focusing on medium- and low-voltage technologies, AI-enabled predictive maintenance, and digital asset management.

It aims to accelerate adoption of advanced digital solutions for data centres, utilities, and smart buildings, enhancing energy resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.
