ITT’s EnviZion Valve delivers enhanced performance
ITT Engineered Valves is introducing a forged EnviZion Zero Static body valve, with the new design transitioning from a wrought body to a forged body for improved reliability, quality and performance across applications in the BioProcessing industry.
The forged zero static body offers:
• Upgraded construction: Transition from wrought to forged 316L stainless steel, maintaining full tri-certification to ASTM A182 F316L with ASME BPE controlled sulfur, EN 10222-5 1.4435, and Basel Norm 2 (BN2).
• Weight reduction: On average, 40 per cent lighter than the previous wrought body, enabling easier handling and installation
• Improved quality: Fewer welds and material certifications streamline industry compliance and ensure long-term reliability.
• Compatibility: Available with buttweld, tri-clamp, and U-bend outlet connections.
The forged design provides a cleaner, more durable valve body while maintaining critical dimensions and performance characteristics of the EnviZion platform.
The transition, scheduled to begin in November 2025, will be implemented gradually across valve sizes and configurations.
"The forged EnviZion Zero Static body demonstrates ITT’s commitment to continuous innovation and product excellence," said Ashish Maharjan, Global Product Manager, ITT Engineered Valves. "By moving to a forged construction, we’re providing our customers with a lighter, more robust valve solution that delivers higher reliability, reduced maintenance, and full compliance with industry standards."
