Cortec, a leading manufacturer of high quality API valves and manifolds, has appointed Scott Gooding as director of international business development.

Gooding joins Cortec from NOV, where he served as vice president of business and product development in Houston. Collectively, he brings to Cortec more than three decades’ worth of business development experience, gained within a variety of oil and gas companies.

Stephen Corte, vice president of marketing and business development, Cortec, said: "Scott possesses a wealth of industry knowledge and has proven he will be an asset to our team. In this new role, Scott will serve to further the Cortec brand and diversify our sales globally, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and agents around the world.
