Calgavin, the heat transfer enhancement specialists, has announced two new appointments in the sales and marketing team: Tom Higley as Sales and Business Development Manager, and Alex Codreanu as Sales Proposals Manager. Higley joined in 2010 and has been promoted to his new position. His role will be to ensure successful business relationships are maintained with clients, find and nurture new companies for the company’s whole range of products and services and facilitate new product developments .
