Esnaad caters to the needs of customers

The Esnaad Marine Operations Division acceded to Esnaad by the ex-National Marine Services Company as a result of merging the two companies, Abu Dhabi Drilling Chemicals and Products Ltd (Addcap) and National Marine Services Co (NMS), in August 2002.

NMS was inaugurated on October 8, 1978, as a joint venture between Adnoc holding 60 per cent and Jackson Marine.
Esnaad is currently brokering four various activities offshore support vessels on term contracts, including anchor handling tug supply vessel, field safety standby vessel, rig move assistant vessel, production utility vessel and marine sales agency agreement.
On November 20 last year, Esnaad and Ch offshore LTD celebrated signature of Esnaad/CH offshore Ltd "Marine Sales Agency Agreement". By endorsing this agreement, Esnaad general manager Darwish A Al Qubaisi and Ch Offshore LTD chief executive officer Ong Kok Wah officially declared Esnaad exclusive presentation of CH Offshore Ltd in Abu Dhabi. Esnaad/CH Offshore LTD "Agency Agreement" also includes Esnaad provision of full vessel support to CH Offshore Ltd Vessel while operating in Esnaad operational territory.
The service offered by the Esnaad Supply Base are among the best and the strength and experience inherited by the merger of Addcap and  NMS have made the company the preferred supplier of support services in the region.

Esnaad owns and operates a professionally designed logistic support base at Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, which extends over 1.4 million square metres designed to meet the current and future needs of its industrial targets.
In line with its vision, the Esnaad Supply Base operates 24 hours a day round the year with strict security access control procedure together with sophisticated fire-detection and fire-fighting system.
The base as 'a one-stop-shop' offers a wide range of facilities, supplies and services including material handling services, management of marine fleet, port services and bulk bunkering facilities, rental (warehouses, offices, cool rooms), hiring of labour and equipment, hiring and supply fast vessels, production and supply of mud and speciality chemicals, waste management services, supply and stock of chlorine, specialised oil-well services, integrated drilling, work over and competition  fluid services.
Esnaad's logistics and material handling include loading/offloading of supply/ocean vessels, storage, stacking and movement of oilfield equipment, handling critical lifts, oversized cargo and radio active materials, hire of equipment, hire of skilled and semi-skilled manpower, warehouse management, hazardous waste management and offshore waste management.
As far as rental of facilities is concerned, the Esnaad Supply Base covers 1,487,500 M2 with 21 standard/custom built warehouse facilities. The facilities to rent (short/long terms) are offices-4,851 M2; warehouses-28,325 M2; Dutch barn-8,139 M2; paved open storage-15, 133 M2; unpaved open storage-105,489 M2;
cool room-12,519 M2; special facilities-6,429 M2 and custom-built facility as per requirement.
A 24-hour manned control tower for radio watch and safe navigation of vessel to/from Esnaad Jetty includes an 870-metre long concrete wharf with 14 berths. Maximum permissible draught is 5.5-metres; and 10-metre berths are equipped with bunker/bulk supply lines including.
Esnaad owns and manages specialised marine crafts used to render support services for the offshore operating companies. The Esnaad Marine Operations Division is the main source to provide such services for offshore operations, including supply, towing, field safety/standby, platform and sub sea maintenance, utility, survey and diving support vessels.
Esnaad also owns a fleet of 25 various purposes vessels and manages a number of chartered vessels, rendering quality service to its major clients, especially to the Adnoc Opcos.
The company has embarked on a continuous development plan to meet the fast growing clients requirements for new offshore support and vessels. Future plans to increase marine operations activities are in progress as new types of vessels have joined the Esnaad fleet, more of which are expected in the next few years.
Esnaad aims to be the leading supplier of specialty chemicals and services in the Gulf region and substantial investment was planned to achieve this goal. One of the company's solidarity elements is reflected in its capability to environmental assessment of oilfield chemicals, which allows it to develop the benchmark standard for environmentally improved performance chemicals.
For 28 years, Esnaad has been serving the local market with the widely used mud materials Barite, Bentonite and Salt Gel through its own huge mill and bulk facilities, as well as supplying all types of mud materials. Today, it is expanding its activities to cover all the drilling fluid services, including mud plants for all kinds of brines and oil base mud, drilling solutions, well site services and fully integrated waste management systems.
With technical co-operation from M-I Production Chemicals Oilfield Services, Esnaad runs a purpose-built blending plant facility and associated laboratory for the production of speciality oilfield chemicals.
Esnaad is already one of the largest suppliers of special oilfield chemicals in Abu Dhabi, with its products that consist of a full range of specialty and commodity water injection, oil and gas, refinery and utility chemicals applications.
