

YOKOGAWA ELECTRIC Corporation opened its Qatar office in October 2004 to provide services such as breakdown and emergency maintenance, bench repair, preventive maintenance and on site inspection.
The maintenance service will include fully trained on CENTUM CS3000 and field bus, hardware troubleshooting, emergency calls and periodical maintenance, RMS (Remote Maintenance Service) operations, system software troubleshooting and application software modifications, while the hot standby system will comprise engineering modifications and training.
Yokogawa Middle East Qatar will also offer environmental analysis including environmental monitoring and simplified environmental analysis.
The sales activities will feature technical consultant, quotation and products/services introduction. Yokogawa will be able to provide rapid and consistent services to customers in Ras Laffan (RasGas, Qatar Gas), Mesaieed (QP, Q-Chem, Qafco, Qapco, Qatofin) and Dukhan (QP) Doha and all oil and gas clients.
Yokogawa’s recent achievements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia include the UPC ethylene project (grassroots), UPC EO/EG project (grassroots), UPC utilities project (grassroots), Sabic/Petrokemya and Sabic/Ibn Rushd.
Yokogawa Middle East opened its Tehran office in 2004 to provide maintenance services, including preventive maintenance, hot standby system, training, start-up/commissioning support and marketing backing to Iran.
