VMGL ... fully geared up to carry out major onshore and offshore projects
The last two years have been good for Valentine Maritime Gulf Ltd (VMGL) as the company managed to entrench itself as a major offshore pipelay contractor.

The company is currently executing a $30 million contract for the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) in the Aboozar field offshore Iran, which covers the installation of 13 oil pipelines ranging from 10 to 24 inches in diameter.
VMGL has, since the start up of operations in 1992, provided the economical alternative to a number of Adnoc's operating companies, including Abu Dhabi Marine Areas Operating Company (Adma-Opco), Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd (Adgas), Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Company (Gasco), National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) and National Drilling Company (NDC), on several important projects across a range of disciplines covering construction, installation, maintenance and subsea inspection of various steel structures, including submarine pipelines.
VMGL says that it is fully geared up to carry out major onshore and offshore projects using highly skilled staff, modern equipment and state-of-the-art facilities.
From its 10,000 sq m fabrication yard in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi - which also boasts a 100m long jetty - the company is ideally placed to meet customer needs.
Onshore construction services cover onsite fabrication, erection, hook-up, testing and precommissioning. Offshore construction includes pipelaying, installations, hook-up, testing, precommissioning, subsea works and inspection survey. Marine works provided by the company cover loading terminals, channel crossings, ocean outfalls, jetties/piers and river crossings, while the company also offers logistics services, including the charter and supply of marine units and the berthing and bunkering of vessels.
