The Royal Commission’s officials have discussed with a Chinese delegation representing the Chinese Ministry of Finance ways of mutual cooperation and exchange of expertise during the delegation’s visit to Jubail Industrial City.

The delegation was received at the Visitors Centre by Deputy Director General for Investment and Development Eng Mohammed S Al-Jurais and a number of senior Royal Commission officials in Jubail.
Al-Jurais welcomed the delegation and gave them a brief summary on Jubail Industrial City and its strong support of the Kingdom’s economy.
He also briefed them on thegood investment and environment provided to local and foreign investors.
After that, the delegation witnessed Jubail Industrial City construction stages and toured the Visitors Centre exhibition where the Royal Commission officials explained the industrial development and urban progress in the city.
That was followed by a tour to community and industrial areas in the City.
Then the Delegation visited sea water cooling channels before leaving to Ras Al-Ghar water desalination plant.
At the end of the visit, the delegation members thanked RC officials and expressed their admiration of what they have seen in the City and the giant plants and the huge infrastructure assuring the deep ties between the governments and the peoples of the two countries.
This visit comes within the framework of Chinese delegation visit to Saudi Development Fund.
