SANY Silicon Energy has started construction on a 10MW solar power plant in Zimbabwe, marking its first project in Africa and the first to adopt the "EP+F" model.
The plant, which will use SANY’s 710 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, is expected to generate 18 million kWh annually.
The project is expected to alleviate Zimbabwe’s power shortage and contribute to low-carbon energy transformation. SANY’s "EP+F" business model offers a replicable framework for future international renewable energy collaborations.
