A delegation from Saudi Aramco has visited Riyadh-based Arabian Pipes Company (APC) to view the latest technological developments in the field of pipe manufacturing, according to reports.

The delegation was headed by the Saudi Aramco senior vice president for Engineering and Operation Services Daifallah Ayush Al Otaibi, the vice president engineering Abdulrahman Alwaheeb and a number of executive and technical members in the state company.

The visit was part of the support that is shown by the management of Saudi Aramco to encourage Saudi national industries and their development according to international standards and quality in the pipe manufacturing field, the reports said.

APC has supplied more than seven million feet of ERW steel pipe for Saudi Aramco projects, including the Abqaiq-Riyadh-Qasim pipeline, proof of the ability and quality of Saudi companies in providing materials for major projects and companies.
