All the International activities are the responsibility of Dodsal Pte. Ltd with Operation Head Quarters located in Dubai. The Dodsal Pte. Board of Management is also located in Dubai.

Since 1977, Dodsal has successfully executed 104 plant construction projects and 101 cross country pipeline projects exceeding 15,000 km.

Dodsal's Quality Control System is in line with ISO 9000 requirement and they are accredited with ISO 9002 Certificate of Compliance for Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Construction Management and Commissioning of Pipelines, Plants and Associated facilities for Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Water and Electricity Industries.
Dodsal is normally deployed in four to six countries spread over the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia deploying a multinational workforce exceeding 15,000 men comprising of Indian, Malaysian, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, Omani, Nepali and Saudi nationals.
The Company maintains Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) systems that are of the highest standards. On the international scene, Dodsal has logged over 24 million manhours without Loss Time Accident (LTA) over the past 23 months on:
Presently Dodsal is deployed on 11 projects in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, India and Malaysia. The projects under execution are Power plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Cross country pipelines for oil, gas and petroleum products, Water pipeline systems, Highways and Industrial townships.

Currently under execution, is the fast track Salalah Gas Pipeline project for the Oman Gas Company (OGC), which involves the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPC) on lump sum basis of 700 km of 24" dia. API 5L X-65 pipeline from Saih Rawl in Central Oman to Salalah on the south coast. The pipeline passes through rocky and hilly terrain, which needed drilling, and blasting of trench all through. Dodsal have achieved an average progress of two km a day and are well poised to complete the project ahead of the contractual completion date. Although, this project has been executed on a fast track basis, Dodsal have achieved an excellent safety record having deployed in excess of Six Million manhours and driven over 14 million kilometers without loss time incident. Moreover on this project Dodsal have employed 400 Omani nationals and from amongst them have trained and utilised on mainline activities pipeline foremen, welders and joint coating applicators.
