Cook Compression has a long history of product innovation, with patented designs and problem-solving components that have become industry standards for performance.

Valve innovations include the original radiused-disc Manley valve, patented cartridge-design Moppet series valves, and Optima series plate valves. In addition to complete valve assemblies, Cook manufactures plates, discs, rings, buttons, poppets, damper plates, spring plates, leaf springs, and other metallic and non-metallic components for any make or model valve.

Cook Compression is the leader in rod ring technology, with more products in more applications than any other sealing component provider. Cook sealing solutions include patented LF Purge Pac assemblies for purge and buffer seals and LF Vent Pac assemblies for vent seals, both delivering improved performance and longer service life. Cook rings are offered in a wide array of material options, ranging from conventional metallics, alloys, and PTFE to engineered thermoplastics and proprietary, high-performance TruTech materials.

Cook offers a complete line of custom-engineered packing cases for lubrication, venting, purging, cooling, and other applications. ABU DHABI SERVICE FACILITY

In 2012, Cook Compression Middle East Operations expanded its capabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region with the opening of a new service facility in the Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. The facility serves as a hub for compressor components, service, sales, and technical support. From this location, Cook provides extensive customer support, including service contracts with major national oil companies, as well as chemical, industrial, and PET customers.

The Abu Dhabi facility supplies a comprehensive range of compressor components that enable customers to replace worn parts, upgrade performance, and extend the run times of their machines. The facility also includes state-of-the-art factory repair and reconditioning capabilities for compressor valves, packing cases, and piston rods. As an authorised Ariel part distributor, Cook also provides Ariel replacement parts from this location. Providing services locally allows Cook to assure fast response and turnkey support from highly experienced engineers, project managers, and technicians using advanced equipment and quality-assured procedures.

As part of a network of Cook Compression service facilities worldwide, the Abu Dhabi facility offers customers access to Cook’s extensive engineering expertise, including performance evaluations, root cause analysis, finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and dynamic simulation systems.
