Endress+Hauser has chosen Adipec to launch a range of new products, solutions and services

Endress+Hauser, one of the leading players in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering, plans to launch a range of new products and solutions at Adipec this year.

"The Middle East market has provided all the impetus for continued growth for our company. In line with the past years, we have chosen Adipec to launch new products, solutions and services. We constantly strive on technology leadership and we will be launching number of new products and technologies in our Flow and Level portfolio. We are in the midst of turbulent market conditions considering the weak oil prices, however, we see opening up of new markets in the Middle East region which offer new business opportunities," says Prasanth Sreekumar, head of marketing – Middle East, Endress+Hauser.

Endress+Hauser, which is exhibiting in Hall no 11, Stand no 11420, provides sensors, instruments, systems and services for level, flow, pressure and temperature measurement as well as analytics and data acquisition. The company supports customers with automation engineering, logistics, IT services and solutions.

An active participant in the event since last ten years, Endress+Hauser says it has had overwhelming response at Adipec in the past. "The event helped in enhancing our brand image and visibility in the region. Along with the networking opportunity, we could build new customer contacts and leads during the exhibition," Prasanth says.

"Adipec over the years has transformed into single biggest exhibition in the region. One of the key factors that channeled our presence is the investments and expansions we had in the region over the past decade. It was inevitable that we showcase our developments and growth in the region, exhibit our state-of-the-art technologies, launch new products and we chose Adipec as the platform," he adds.

Commenting on its regional growth, Endress+Hauser says it has had major expansion in the region over the last few years with its direct offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

The Middle East Support Center (MESC) was established in 2006 in Dubai, focused on regional support and development of customers and establishment of local sales centres and representatives in the Middle East region. Nine years down the line, the company has established three sales centres in the region: Endress+Hauser Qatar-operational since 2009; Endress+Hauser Arabia-operational since 2012 with three offices located in Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh and Endress+Hauser UAE operational since 2014 with two offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and seven representatives in the region. Along with this, three resident engineers are also stationed in Iraq to support the Iraqi customers.

Recently, it has also acquired companies like SpectraSensors, Kaiser Optics and Analytical Jena which offer reliable and state-of-the-art technology benefits and unique solutions for challenging customer applications. And going forward, in terms of its product portfolio, one of the key areas of developments will be on the Gas Analytics market.

"Our production facilities in Europe and other parts of the world have gone through expansion in the last couple of years. We are investing continuously in research and development (R&D) to bring out best products into the market. Gas Analytics is one segment, where we expect to expand further. Middle East market will continue to see continuous investments from our side and we are having a close look on how the overall political situation will shape up in next years," Prasanth says.

He also adds that the company is fully aligned with the theme of Adipec 2015.
