Alaa For Industy (AFI) a leading industrial supplies company in the Middle East, held a three-day exclusive event with the Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (Yasref) from July 29 to 31, 2018 in Yasref Admin Building, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Yasref president and CEO Abdallah Al-Subaiyyal along with AFI executive director Youseff Ibrahim Al Rashoodi and CEO Mamoun M S Abdul Kareem officially inaugurated the event.

AFI as a subsidiary of IAR Holding and Partners Company along with other subsidiaries, including AFI Chemicals and AFI Technologies displayed a variety of products during the event. These include hydraulics, pneumatics, transportation, power transmission, lifting equipment, rubber and seals, chemicals, IP and security cameras. The event was attended by a large number of people within Yasref and the Royal Commission.

This event proved successful as it gave AFI the big opportunity to showcase its products and capabilities. It was well received by Yasref CEO and employees, as they were given the chance to learn and understand more about AFI’s global strategic partners such as Enerpac, SKF and Parker.

These global experts combined with AFI’s local knowledge make the company the unique solutions provider for its industrial customers. AFI’s marketing team, headed by its marketing manager Saad Al Waheb and marketing communications manager Matio P Morales, with its Aicco operations manager Abdul Rhman Khader, organised this successfully concluded event.

Moreover, AFI’s Yanbu team headed by Javad Ur Rahman with his team and representatives from AFI Technologies, Chemicals and Rubber were there to receive visitors and explain to them the technical specifications of products. This gave visitors a chance to ask technical questions and AFI the opportunity to explain the products in detail.

AFI is hoping that this initiative will further increase its business relationship with Yasref. Currently, Alaa International Contracting Company (AICCO) and AFI Technologies sister companies of AFI are executing projects in Yasref.
