DEMAND for Saudi Arabia International Oil & Gas Exhibition (Saoge), the largest oil and gas exhibition in Saudi Arabia continues, with confirmed participation from key industry players like Qatar Petroleum, Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Co – Commercial Group, Pan Gulf Welding Solutions, Al Estagamah Global Group, Alkafaa Trading Company, Bahra Cables Company, Gulf Ocean Trading Co, Gulf Valves Factory, Saudi Steel Pipe Co, Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies among the exhibitors participating in the upcoming fifth edition of the show.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION STRONG
As like previous editions, local and regional attendance is naturally high and continues to be mirrored by considerable international participation. Both regional and international companies recognise the huge potential that the Saudi oil and gas sector offers and are using the Saoge platform to introduce their products and services. Of those confirmed so far, 34 per cent are foreign with exhibitors coming from Australia, Belgium, China, Finland, Italy, France, Germany, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey, the UK, the US.

The fifth Saudi Arabia International Oil & Gas Exhibition (Saoge 2013) will take place from November 25 to 27, 2013 at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Centre in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

As the exhibition has grown over the years and partnerships with local associations have developed, it has allowed IES – the organisers of Saoge – to take the opportunity to invest in the local community. With the support of Saudi Arabian Section of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (SAS-Aiche), IES has committed to assist students with funding.

As part of the partnership between Saoge and SAS-Aiche, a special fund has also been set up for the benefit of the students supporting the chapter, which will assist the students to participate in local, regional and international knowledge-share, and training seminars/symposia that will grow their technical awareness and networking with professionals and industries. This is the first year that this Student Fund has been offered and the plan is to make it the basis of ongoing support for a student who requires some financial support to complete his studies.

SAOGE – SOlE O&G EVENT
The IES team is extremely proud that Saoge maintains its position as the sole oil and gas exhibition in the Eastern Province, and continues to deliver an essential platform for key industry professionals, specialists and decision makers. Attendees travel from across the Gulf region and beyond Dammam where Saoge serves as the perfect platform to meet, network, learn and strengthen relationships.
