Maritime Industrial Services Co. Ltd. Inc. (MIS), initially based in Dubai, UAE, was established in 1979.
Today, with its corporate office in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE, and operations bases in Jebel Ali, Sharjah, Kuwait, Oman, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as joint-venture operating agreements throughout the Middle East, West Africa and Caspian Sea regions, MIS enjoys continued success in the structural, marine, and process fabrication and services industry.

Today, MIS provides its products and services through four main business lines that may be integrated for specific projects:

MIS ARABIA
In March last year, MIS Arabia, owned in a joint-venture company with Al Yusr Townsend and Bottum (AYTB) and the Shoaibi group of companies, began operations in Saudi Arabia.
Operating from an 85,000 sq m facility in the Jubail Industrial Area, MIS is the operator and manager of the facility, providing engineering, quality assurance, and foreign procurement from its main fabrication facility in Sharjah, UAE.
With engineering design and materials supplied on a just-in-time basis, MIS Arabia is principally a fabrication yard for pressure vessels, process equipment, offshore platform components, skids, and components for onshore drilling rigs.
Additionally, MIS Arabia is a services contractor, supplying machine shop services, skilled manpower, and equipment rental.
With its company registration completed, MIS Arabia has already obtained certifications for the ASME S, U, U2, PP, and R stamps, as well as ISO 9001 certification for its operating procedures.
